Terms of attendance

These terms apply to classroom seats, mentoring sittings, and open-desk hours offered by Content Pilotcore Institute at 80/82 Yotha Talad Noi, Bangkok, 10100. By requesting a seat you agree to this page.

Nature of the work

Instruction is educational. We discuss how discretionary traders define invalidation, size, and loss limits on charts. We do not manage money, transmit orders, or provide personal investment advice. Past classroom examples are not forecasts.

Booking

A seat is held after we confirm in writing and, where a deposit is required, after that deposit arrives by the method named in the confirmation. This website does not process payments.

Your materials

You may bring printed charts and broker exports that you are allowed to share. Do not send platform passwords. You remain responsible for your own live trading outside the room.

Our materials

Worksheets and printouts issued in class are licensed for your personal study. They may not be copied for a course of your own, sold, or posted in full online.

Conduct

Phones stay silent during paper hours. Recording of other attendees is not allowed. We may ask a person to leave without refund of the remaining hours if they harass others or refuse the no-signal rule of the house.

Liability

To the extent permitted under Thai law, we are not liable for trading losses you incur after a sitting. Our liability for a cancelled room (for example a building closure) is limited to rescheduling or a refund of amounts paid for the unused sitting, as described on the refund page.
