Refunds and changes of plan

These rules apply only to classroom seats, mentoring blocks, and open-desk hours at 80/82 Yotha Talad Noi. We do not sell shipped goods or software licences, so those categories do not appear here.

Who may request a refund

The person named on the written confirmation. Employers who pay for an employee must send the request from the same email used to book.

Timeframe

Write to desk@content-pilotcore.click at least seven full days before the first hour of a multi-day studio or weekend clinic, or at least 48 hours before a half-day atelier, a mentoring session, or an open-desk hour. Requests inside that window are treated as late changes, not as standard refunds.

Full refund

If we cancel a sitting (building closure, faculty illness, or too few chairs to run the room fairly), you receive a full refund of amounts paid for that sitting, or you may roll the amount to a later dated sitting of the same offering.

If you cancel in writing inside the timeframe above, and no worksheets unique to you have been printed yet, we refund the fee minus any non-refundable deposit stated in your confirmation (usually 20% of the listed informational fee, used to hold the chair).

Partial refund

If Account Survival Studio has already held one evening, the remaining unused evenings can be refunded at a pro-rata of the fee after the deposit, provided you write before the second evening. Mentoring sessions already sat are not refunded; unused future sessions in the same block of four may be refunded if notice meets the 48-hour rule.

Non-refundable items

Printed chart packets and workbooks once handed to you. Open-desk hours that have started. Deposits when you cancel late or do not arrive.

Process

Email the sitting code, your name, and whether you want money returned or a move to a later date. We confirm within five working days. Refunds travel by the same channel you used to pay (bank transfer in Thailand is typical) within ten working days after we accept the request. We do not refund in cash at the door.

Cancellation, rescheduling, deposits

You may ask once to move to the next published sitting of the same offering, subject to a free chair. A second move is treated as a cancellation. Deposits hold a named chair; they are credited to the fee if you attend.

No-shows

If you miss a sitting without notice, the fee and deposit stay with the Institute. We may, at our discretion, offer a single later atelier at no extra charge if you write within three days and space exists — this is a courtesy, not a right.

Work already started

Once a mentoring hour or studio evening has begun, that unit is consumed. Remaining units follow the partial-refund rule above.

Purchased materials

Packets issued in the room are yours to keep and are not returnable for credit.

Exceptions

Documented hospital admission or a death in the immediate family: write when you can. We refund unused units in full and do not keep the late-cancel deposit. Travel delays without medical documentation follow the ordinary late-cancel rule.
