Privacy
Content Pilotcore Institute (“we”) collects only what we need to answer visit requests, run sittings, and keep legally required records. This notice is written for people in Thailand and for anyone who writes to us from abroad.
Data we collect
- Name, email, phone if you provide it, and the seat you asked about
- Messages you send through the visit form or by email
- Attendance notes and, if you choose to share them, excerpts from a trade journal used in class
- A cookie-preference flag if you accept the banner (see the cookies page)
Purpose and legal basis
We use this information to schedule chairs, send sitting details, issue worksheets, and handle refunds. For Thai residents this is typically contractual necessity and, for optional journal sharing, consent you can refuse without losing a seat — though mentoring is less useful without a log.
Sharing
We do not sell lists. Faculty who teach your sitting see the information required to prepare. Payment, if any, is arranged off-site with a provider you choose; we do not store card numbers.
Retention
Enquiry messages are kept up to 24 months. Attendance and invoice records are kept for the period required by Thai accounting rules, then deleted or anonymised.
Rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 you may request access, correction, or deletion where the law allows. Write to desk@content-pilotcore.click or visit 80/82 Yotha Talad Noi, Bangkok, 10100.
Children
Sittings are for adults. We do not knowingly enrol anyone under 18.
